Python and Rust (L2/L3) Professionals

Role Responsibilities:

• Contribute to strategic projects that automate and manage Tower s global production environment.
• Build products and automation solutions across web (frontend/backend), stream processing, microservices, and databases.
• Participate in the developer on-call rotation to support SEFO-provided solutions.
• Collaborate with other technical teams as needed.
• Document specifications, contribute to architectural decisions, and evolve solutions for trading infrastructure and operational challenges.

Minimum Qualifications (must-have)

• Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong programming and computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency building web services in at least one of Golang (preferred), Python (preferred), Rust (Must have), Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript .
• Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with relational and/or non relational databases.
• Understanding of web technologies and full-stack development.
• Ability to deploy/manage applications independently, including DevOps responsibilities.
• Familiarity with automation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with bare metal setups
