Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Python & AWS Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions leveraging emerging technologies. This role involves building scalable, secure applications on AWS, guiding project teams, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance business processes. The successful candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor junior teams, and stay current with advancements in cloud computing and software development to deliver impactful results aligned with organizational goals.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Extensive experience with Python development, including scalable and secure application design.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, EKS, ECS, Lambda.
- Working knowledge of DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker.
- Proficiency in version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment best practices.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of additional AWS services such as CloudFormation, Fargate, or EKS.
- Experience supporting multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

- Experience with DevOps practices, automation, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Demonstrable leadership experience mentoring junior developers and guiding project teams.
- Experience supporting scalable enterprise applications in finance, retail, or technology sectors preferred; alternative high-volume enterprise environments acceptable.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications and microservices using Python and AWS.
- Implement scalable infrastructure solutions with automation tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, solve technical challenges, and ensure project alignment.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and integration.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot applications, ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained.
- Provide technical guidance, review code, and support ongoing system improvements.
- Keep current with emerging cloud and development trends, proactively recommending innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud application development, with extensive focus on Python and AWS.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Proven success in delivering scalable cloud solutions and automating infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
