Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI and ML models for complex business challenges.
• Design and build scalable AI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks/libraries (Flask API, FastAPI, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers, OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct R&D to stay updated with AI/ML advancements.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate AI models to meet business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python (8/10).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML/DS projects.
• Strong understanding of ML models, Deep Learning, NLP, CV, and Generative AI concepts.
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in client engagement and team leadership is a plus.
• Proven track record in building AI products using cutting-edge tools.
• Ability to conduct quick R&D and continuous upskilling.
