About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Python AI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using Flask, Django, or FastAPI, along with hands-on expertise in AI/ML model integration, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Youll work on building scalable backend systems, AI-driven applications, and intelligent APIs by leveraging OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, and other leading AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development : Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• AI/ML Model Integration : Build and integrate AI/ML models, including LLMs for NLP and automation use cases.
• RAG Pipelines : Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• AI Ecosystem Integration : Work with tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex to develop advanced AI applications.
• API Development : Develop and manage RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless system integrations.
• Optimization & Scalability : Enhance performance, ensure data security, and maintain reliability of production systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, frontend developers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Research & Innovation : Explore emerging AI frameworks, libraries, and tools to drive continuous innovation.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Programming : Strong proficiency in Python.
• Frameworks : Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
• Expertise with OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Experience with LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Databases : Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Cloud & DevOps : Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes preferred.
• Version Control : Proficient in Git/GitHub or GitLab.
• Architecture : Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and JSON-based integrations.
• Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• AI Expertise : Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and MLOps practices.
