Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Python AI Engineer with strong expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models leveraging Azure OpenAI services. The ideal candidate will design scalable and production-ready AI solutions that address diverse business requirements such as text generation, summarization, sentiment analysis, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust Python scripts to interact with Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Evaluate, select, and fine-tune Azure OpenAI models based on project needs.
- Design and implement AI solutions for multiple NLP tasks including text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
- Build, implement, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance contextual accuracy.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous workflows, tool integrations, and multi-step reasoning agents.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models in production.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent-centric architectures.
- Utilize industry-standard frameworks and tools to improve efficiency.
- Ensure scalability and performance of AI applications.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI model development challenges with innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI models and APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search).
- Experience building Agentic AI systems or autonomous task agents.
- Good understanding of MLOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
