Python AI / Agent Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python AI/Agent Developer with strong experience in Python, asynchronous programming, LangGraph/LangChain, FastAPI, REST APIs, Docker, and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable AI/LLM workflows, agent-based applications, and backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/LLM-powered applications and agent workflows using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Develop state-based workflows using graphs, nodes, routers, reducers, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Build scalable and high-performance asynchronous Python services using async/await.
• Develop REST APIs using FastAPI and Pydantic with asynchronous endpoints and structured request/response models.
• Containerize applications using Docker, including image creation, Docker Compose, and container networking.
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration test cases using Pytest, including mocking and test automation.
• Troubleshoot and debug application, API, browser automation, and agent workflow issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI agents with existing applications, APIs, and enterprise tools.
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, scalability, observability, and maintainability.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Excellent understanding of Python asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and/or LangChain
• Strong experience with FastAPI and Pydantic
• Experience developing REST APIs and asynchronous endpoints
• Good experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Strong experience with Pytest, unit testing, integration testing, and mocking
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) and browser internals, including DOM/runtime interaction and keyboard/input events.
• Understanding of Angular/web frameworks, Shadow DOM, change detection, and browser event pipelines.
• Experience integrating with Jira and Zephyr APIs.
• Experience with Jenkins declarative pipelines, Groovy, stages, and credentials management.

• Prompt engineering for browser/AI agents
• LLM evaluation and understanding of token usage and model selection
• Experience with Conjur or other secrets-management solutions
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Copilot CLI/tool integrations
