Key Responsibilities:
- BOQ & Drawing Coordination: Ensure alignment between Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical drawings for production accuracy.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Prepare and review BOM to ensure precise material planning and cost control.
- Item & Cutting Lists: Generate detailed item and cutting lists for manufacturing and site requirements.
- Outsource Item Tracking: Manage and monitor outsourced items, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- BOQ Reading: Interpret and analyze BOQs and specifications for accurate project execution.
- Production Planning: Create and implement production schedules to meet project timelines and deadlines.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate production teams, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs to ensure production stays within budget constraints.
- Material Quality Check: Oversee quality checks for outsourced and in-house materials, ensuring technical specifications are met.
- Technical Knowledge: Apply strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, and production processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, purchase, and planning teams to align production with project goals.
- Production Monitoring: Continuously track production progress and adjust plans as needed to maintain timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in interior fit-out or furniture production.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and construction techniques.
- Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools is a plus.
