Product Experience and Technology (PXT) Expense Programs team is within the larger PXT Finance organization. The primary goals are to identify expense saving opportunities across the entirety of JPMorgan Chase's Consumer and Community Banking division (CCB). CCB features several product portfolios spanning both line of business and functional areas (e.g., Auto Lending, Operations, Credit Card, Home Lending, JPMWM, Connected Commerce, Business Banking). The Expense Programs team seeks to find efficiency across all disciplines (e.g., Technology, Product, Design and Data & Analytics) & provide key analytics to senior stakeholders to drive new strategy / decisions.

As an Associate in Expense Programs team, you will play a key role in driving expense programs and generating financial insights, developing solutions, and reporting to help inform PXT strategy. You will work closely with team members and partner across full CCB PXT F&BM and P&A organization, contributing to the overall success of expense program initiatives.

Job responsibilities:

  • Organize update process of expense program tracker across the group, ensuring adequate and timely reporting
  • Gathering and organizing financial and non-financial data for location strategy metrics across the PXT organization
  • Drive efforts to transition concepts into reporting production environments
  • Support control-related activities, such as drive and access rights, along with assisting with documentation and process updates
  • Wrap up final expense oversight for First Republic acquisition, inclusive of cost center closure and final allocation impact updates
  • Contribute to team efforts to improve expense efficiency across the CCB PXT organization

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science, Engineering from top Tier Institute is required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills able to work with colleagues across functions
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills comfortable working with complex data
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting recurring processes and a willingness to learn and improve
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) is strongly encouraged
