We're Hiring: PWM & SWM Field Expert
Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Field Role)

We are expanding our plastic waste characterization field team across Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in Gujarat, and I'm looking for someone to lead this work on the ground.

This is a hands-on field role — not a desk job. You'll be coordinating directly with ULB officials and sanitation staff, visiting sites, collecting field data, and making sure our reporting reflects what's actually happening on the ground.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate with ULB Nodal Officers, Sanitary Inspectors, and sanitation staff for field data
• Conduct site visits and on-ground data collection across assigned ULB clusters
• Maintain accurate field records and submit regular progress reports
• Flag issues early and coordinate logistics for fieldwork

What We're Looking For
• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (diploma holders with strong field experience also welcome)
• 1–4 years of relevant field experience in waste management, environmental compliance, or municipal sanitation (strong freshers with the right academic grounding are welcome too)
• Fluency in Gujarati, with working Hindi/English for coordination
• Comfortable with extensive field travel across Gujarat
