Job Description

Team Overview

The eXperience & Deals Marketing Team (XDMT) partners with the Sales organization to support strategic, high-value client engagements across three core areas:

  • Strategic Deal Pursuits: Enabling high-intensity global pursuits across the deal lifecycle through differentiated marketing interventions.
  • Brand Experience: Driving immersive brand storytelling at our Global Customer Experience Centers in Noida and New Jersey.
  • Client Engagements: Creating high-touch experiences for focus accounts with complex engagement needs, including large-scale rebadging programs (e.g., Verizon Business).

The team collaborates closely with Business Units, Solutions, Practices, Pre-sales, and other Marketing teams to position HCLTech effectively in competitive, high-stakes opportunities.

Role Summary

You will play a pivotal role in executing integrated, digital-first marketing programs that support pursuit and client engagement objectives. The role demands a blend of strong executional discipline, creative development capability, and strategic thinking to deliver compelling brand and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Pursuit Marketing:
  • Support the development of marketing strategies for key pursuits — from understanding client challenges to shaping messaging, value propositions, and campaign plans.
  • Design and implement digital-first pursuit campaigns that enhance HCLTech's visibility and differentiation.
  • Creative & Content Development:
  • Collaborate with internal creative, design, and content teams to develop pursuit-specific materials and presentations aligned with HCLTech's brand standards.
  • Curate and deliver tailored walkthrough experiences for senior client delegations as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
  • Act as the knowledge steward for pursuits, maintaining brand consistency and quality across all client-facing materials.
  • Insights & Process Excellence:
  • Lead post-pursuit reviews and identify improvement opportunities in pursuit processes and campaign delivery.
  • Support adoption of best practices and pursuit management tools to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Enablement:
  • Strengthen engagement with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and superior experience delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 3–5 years of total experience with at least 2 years in marketing, preferably in pursuit, vertical, or B2B marketing functions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content creation, and creative development workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, impactful marketing narratives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic, commercially oriented thinker with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones to support global engagements
