RobotSkull.ai Private Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in robotics, automation, and electronic components. We supply components across India.
We're building a strong operations team and looking for a smart, detail-oriented Purchase Executive who can manage vendor sourcing and procurement efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end purchase process (RFQ to order placement)
- Identify and develop new vendors (domestic & international)
- Compare quotations and negotiate best pricing & delivery terms
- Coordinate with sales & operations team for requirements
- Track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain proper documentation (PO, invoices, GRN, etc.)
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages/excess
- Manage import-related coordination (if applicable)
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to handle multiple vendors & follow-ups
- Basic understanding of electronics components (preferred)
- Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail
Eligibility:
- Graduate BTech Electrics / B.com (Accounts)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement
- Freshers with strong skills can also apply
Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 Per Month
Location: In Office (Vadodara)
