Purchasing Manager

Salary:30,000/- per month (In-Hand)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage the complete purchasing function of our resort, ensuring timely procurement, quality control and cost-effective sourcing.

• Manage day-to-day purchasing for Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa and General Operations
• Source and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and quality
• Maintain approved vendor lists and develop new supplier relationships
• Compare quotations and ensure proper purchase approvals
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores and department heads
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
• Verify quality, quantity and specifications of received goods
• Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices and related documentation
• Control purchasing costs and minimise wastage
• Coordinate closely with Stores, Accounts and Operations
• Ensure compliance with resort purchasing procedures

• 2–5 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience, preferably in a hotel or resort
• Strong knowledge of hospitality procurement and local vendor markets
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel / inventory systems / IDS
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and urgent procurement efficiently
• Honest, organised and detail-oriented

30,000/- In-Hand per Month
