Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Manage supplier performance, evaluate quotations, and finalize purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain accurate procurement records in Tally and related systems
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of goods and services
- Track deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting of procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role
- Hands-on experience with Tally and procurement software/tools.
- Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
