Job Title: Purchasing Manager
Type: Contract (Renewable)
Location: Sohna, India
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement relevant strategies such as production outsourcing and category procurement.
- Develop and maintain supplier resources, conduct effective performance management, and establish strategic cooperative relationships.
- Control procurement costs, formulate and promote the implementation of cost reduction plans, and conduct thorough cost analysis.
- Follow up on purchase orders, ensure materials are delivered on time, with qualified quality and sufficient quantity, and handle abnormal issues such as delivery and quality problems.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to advance procurement-related work and control various risks in the procurement process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- 12 years of working experience, and having managed large-scale mechanical and electrical projects;
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to lead a team independently in large-scale projects;
- Have outstanding emergency response and crisis management capabilities;
