This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager located at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Purchase Manager will oversee procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include researching product and supplier options, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with departments to meet purchasing needs. The role also involves tracking market trends and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.

• Procurement and Inventory Management: Experience in managing purchasing processes, inventory levels, and vendor relationships.
• Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier proposals, and analyze market trends.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Proficiency in Tools and Software: Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient operations.
• Relevant qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with certifications in procurement or supply chain management being a plus.
• Experience in educational or institutional procurement is an advantage.
