Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Delhi, India. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services necessary for the company's operations. Day-to-day tasks will include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill their purchasing needs. The role requires a strategic approach to procurement to ensure timely and efficient supply chain management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical and Budgeting skills
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in the event management industry is a plus
  • Experiecne in store management
  • 4 years experience in purchase management role
