Unicorn Vending is expanding, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Purchase / Buying Executive to strengthen our procurement operations. If you come from the FMCG industry and understand fast-moving supply chains, vendor coordination, and cost-efficient purchasing, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and vending-related supplies
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory
- Ensure timely replenishment to support smooth business operations
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for best pricing and quality
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the FMCG industry (Highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control & vendor management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical ability & attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
