Purchasing Executive

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Purchasing Executive based in Mysore. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating purchase requisitions, and overseeing procurement activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods, analyzing inventory needs, and collaborating with various teams to meet company requirements efficiently.

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management processes
• Experience in procurement, including sourcing, negotiating, and supplier management
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in procurement documentation
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable
