• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate documentation and process handling.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement for end-to-end sourcing, vendor coordination, and cost control.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of inventory management, basic commercial terms, and vendor evaluation techniques.
• Candidates should have proficiency with MS Office and ERP or procurement software, along with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement within Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be an added advantage.

• Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase/Procurement

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement
• Background in the MEP, EPC or Engineering industries preferred
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems
• Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processing
• Experience in PR-to-PO conversion and vendor coordination
• Basic knowledge of import purchasing procedures and documentation
