We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and material sourcing for our domestic and international operations.

Position Overview

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing mechanical raw materials & maintenance products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring a cost-effective & efficient procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate & negotiate with suppliers for mechanical raw materials & maintenance products (domestic & international).
• Build & maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent product availability & optimal pricing.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-effective, high-quality materials & multiple sourcing options.
• Oversee procurement process from order placement to delivery & inventory management.
• Collaborate with production & engineering teams to ensure material specifications & requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends & price fluctuations to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Maintain purchase records, supplier details & pricing reports for effective procurement analysis.
• Ensure timely material delivery to prevent production delays & maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Evaluate supplier performance & quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for mechanical raw materials & maintenance products.
• Excellent negotiation & supplier management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends & make data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Proficiency in procurement software & Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills with attention to detail.
