Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive specializing in Interior and Architectural projects, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The Purchasing Executive will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams, monitor inventory levels, and negotiate terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Management
• Strong skills in Procurement, including vendor selection and cost negotiation
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and knowledge of supply chain management
• Experience or background in interior design or architecture procurement is highly beneficial
