Purchasing Executive (Engineering Background)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive with an engineering background, located in Gurugram. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, processing purchase orders and requisitions, sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring that procurement processes adhere to company standards and policies.

• Strong knowledge and experience in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and vendor management
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required
• Experience in procurement within the engineering or manufacturing industry is advantageous
