We are a leading modular furniture manufacturing company working on commercial offices, hotels, and luxury interior projects. We are looking for a Purchase / Store Executive with experience in the modular furniture or interior hardware industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand drawings, specifications, and BOMs to procure required materials
- Source and purchase materials locally and pan-India
- Prepare vendor comparison sheets (minimum 3 vendors) for approvals
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines
- Manage inventory, site materials, and store replenishment
- Coordinate transportation, loading, and unloading
- Handle supplier quality, billing, and return of rejected materials
- Maintain records for material movement and invoicing
Required Profile
- 25 years of experience in modular furniture or interior hardware industry
- Education in Supply Chain / Procurement preferred
- Good knowledge of interior materials and hardware
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PDF, and Google Sheets
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Good communication in English (Marathi / Gujarati is a plus)
