Purchasing Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Purchasing Engineer. The Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, planning, and handling purchase orders to ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment. Additional responsibilities include facilitating vendor communication, cost analysis, inventory management, and maintaining relationships with reliable suppliers. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.

• Proven expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
• Ability to manage Purchase Orders and maintain records effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess costs, negotiate with vendors, and optimize procurement strategies
• Good communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with EPC or infrastructure projects and vendor management systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems
