Purchasing Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, creating and processing purchase orders, overseeing procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing vendor performance, and working closely with internal teams to meet operational needs efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and expertise in Purchase Orders
• Experience in Purchasing and Procurement activities
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate supply chain strategies and vendor performance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for supplier management
• Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the engineering or metal industries is highly desirable
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
