As a Purchase to Pay Specialist you will be responsible for the Query Management Process across Cooper Lighting Solution entities based out of US, UK, India, Canada, Netherland & Mexico. What You'll Do

• End to End responsible for planning & execution of query management activity spanning across entire purchase to pay (P2P) process within their assigned scope in compliance with directives and in an effective way.
• Prioritize and handle escalation cases diligently and highlight potential escalation emails and put control point to avert.
• Responsible that all activities are properly and timely executed.
• Do Root Cause Analysis for escalation or error cases and put a control plan to prevent recurrence.
• Eye to detail while handling query emails and provide end to end solution at one go.
• Choose the mode of communication in an effective manner including calls, emails etc. with stakeholders to understand the query and provide solution.
• Drives standardization, simplification, and operational excellence in P2P.
• Ensures standard work compliance and assures documentation (SOP) for all the activities performed for the entities with clear output KPIs defined.
• Handle vendor and internal stakeholder query on the invoice routing and guide them with essential details to process invoices for payment.
• Be a good team player and support team as an when require.
• Always ready to take additional responsibility and support on adhoc tasks as per the business requirements.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Master's in finance and should be well versed with ERP (SAP).
• 5 to 7 years experience in end to end Procure to pay vertical, Expert in Vendor Maintenance,
  
  

Audits, Payments & Query handling etc.

• Should have worked with stakeholders of multiple countries.
• Should have excellent communication skill (written & verbal), ensure all month end activities and other deliverables are met on time.
• Should have sound level of expertise in MS Office tools, especially well versed in excel, outlook & power point. VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
• Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multi-task competing priorities.
• Work timing will be 12 pm to 9 pm (IST).
