Role Description The Purchase & Supply Chain Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for Crouzet India. This role includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components. The manager will handle demand planning, inventory control, and supply management to maintain optimal stock levels and support uninterrupted production and delivery. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing data to forecast needs, coordinating with internal stakeholders and global teams, monitoring supply chain performance, and implementing process improvements. The role also requires adherence to quality, compliance, and safety standards while driving efficiency and supporting strategic business objectives.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Demand Planning and forecasting to ensure accurate material and component requirements.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess expertise in Supply Management and supplier relationship management to secure reliable and competitive sources.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
Candidates should possess experience in Procurement, including negotiation, contract management, and compliance with purchasing policies.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or components industry environments is beneficial.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru.
Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain tools, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
