Job Description
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase of **raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and other factory requirements**.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality and delivery.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
- Manage **stores, inventory, inward and outward movements**.
- Maintain proper stock levels and minimize excess, shortage and wastage.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier payments and pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with **Production, Quality, Finance and Management**.
- Ensure proper documentation, stock records and inventory controls.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain reliable supplier/vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase procedures and controls.
