The Role: Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Source and vet vendors for APIs, Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Dosage Forms (FDF), and Rapid Diagnostic Kits, ensuring we never compromise on quality or clinical standards.
• Tender & GeM Mastery: Take full ownership of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and private tender arrangements, handling everything from bid preparation to final submission.
• Export & Technical Documentation: Organize and manage Export Ready document sets—including COAs, COOs, dossiers, and technical specifications for diagnostic equipment—to support our growing international footprint.
• End-to-End Procurement: Navigate the complete cycle: generating POs, tracking global shipments, and ensuring the seamless arrival of medicines and diagnostic tools.
• Vendor Relations: Build transparent, value-driven partnerships with suppliers and diagnostic manufacturers, focusing on accountability and shared growth.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1–5 years of procurement experience within the pharmaceutical or MedTech sector.
• Precision: An eye for detail that ensures export documentation and diagnostic compliance paperwork is flawless every single time.
• Agility: The ability to navigate government portals, tender requirements, and export regulations with speed and accuracy.
• Purpose: A focus on people and values, understanding that your work directly impacts patient access to neglected disease diagnostics and hard-to-find treatments.
