Role Overview:

We are looking for a High-Impact Purchase Specialist who thrives on negotiations, drives down costs, and consistently secures the best commercial terms. The ideal candidate is resourceful, strategic, and relentless when it comes to vendor development, price benchmarking, and timely material delivery.

Role Description:

• Negotiate like a Pro - pricing, payment terms, service levels, delivery commitments, and contracts.
• Aggressively expand and develop a strong vendor network across categories.
• Secure the best deals without compromising on quality or timelines.
• Maintain competitive benchmarking by constantly evaluating new suppliers and market options.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure zero disruption in material availability.
• Solve problems fast - address delivery delays, quality issues, and billing disputes with urgency.
• Stay ahead of the market - track price fluctuations, new suppliers, and emerging alternatives.

What we are looking for:

• Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong vendor development and competitive sourcing experience
• Commercially sharp with excellent cost comparison and analysis capability
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders

Qualification: Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement/purchase
