Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities for raw materials including ferroalloys, metals, minerals, scrap, and other industrial commodities. The candidate will be responsible for supplier management, contract negotiations, inventory optimization, cost control, and ensuring uninterrupted supply to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials from domestic and international suppliers.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials as per production requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and supply chain optimization programs.
• Conduct market research on raw material trends, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare procurement MIS, vendor performance reports, and cost analysis reports.
• Manage inventory levels and support Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience Required

• 8-12 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in Ferro Alloys, Metals, Mining, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of raw material procurement and supply chain operations.
