Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve cost savings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certification or training is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in purchase operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other procurement software applications.
