Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Officer with experience in the construction industry to manage procurement activities and material coordination. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials.

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely material availability at project sites.

  • Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.

  • Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and documentation records.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 26 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry (Mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks.

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.

  • Hindi speaking is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
