Position: Purchase Manager

Location: Chennai – Royapettah

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Salary: CTC - 4,20,000 TO 4,80,000 Per Annum

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead and manage the procurement process for our restaurant operations. The role involves vendor management, cost optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted supply of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies for food, beverages, equipment, and other supplies.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate best pricing.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen/operations team.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards of purchased goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and budgets.
  • Lead and mentor the purchase team, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
  • Strong vendor network and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B supply chain, costing, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
