We are seeking a Purchase Manager to oversee and manage our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and will be responsible for developing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our inventory meets operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to meet demand.

  • Prepare and maintain purchasing reports to track expenses and budget adherence.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relations.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control.
