Purchase Manager

The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. The position involves managing the procurement of raw materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials to meet production needs. The Purchasing Manager will also monitor market trends, develop cost-saving strategies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in procurement. Additional responsibilities include preparing procurement reports and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize sourcing and supply chain efficiency.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and vendor evaluation
• Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop cost-saving strategies
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards related to procurement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in herbal or Ayurvedic industries, is an advantage
