We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage procurement of IT products while supporting the sales team in quotations, order processing, and client coordination. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient vendor/OEM alignment and cost-effective operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT products, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and OEMs
- Coordinate directly with OEMs for pricing, product availability, deal registrations, and technical alignment
- Identify and onboard new vendors and OEM partners
- Conduct regular vendor/OEM discussions to negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Handle RFQs/RFPs and support deal closure processes in coordination with OEMs and the sales team
- Assist the sales team with quotations, client follow-ups, and order processing
- Maintain records of vendors, OEMs, orders, deliveries, and payments
- Track order status and ensure smooth coordination across OEMs, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Analyze lost deals and provide feedback, including inputs from OEM discussions
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure products (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless solutions, etc.)
- Experience or familiarity in working with OEMs and distributors in the IT ecosystem preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (OEMs, vendors, clients, internal teams)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
