This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Purchase Manager will oversee and manage sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure the availability of high-quality materials. Key responsibilities include negotiating supplier contracts, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing market trends to make informed purchasing decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and drive efficiency. The role also involves building strong vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and supply chain principles
• Proficiency in negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management skills
• Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting tools
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, GMP processes, and safety regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Prior experience in a similar role within the food or manufacturing industry is a plus
