Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source premium interior materials and hardware.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
• Generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs) based on technical BOQs and BOMs.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely material delivery to project sites across Chennai.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of procurement experience in interior design or modular furniture.
• Basic knowledge of interior raw materials and architectural hardware.
• Good organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking purchase orders and deliveries.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
