Job Description
Engineer / Senior Engineer COE Master Data
Location: Vadodara
Reporting To: Deputy General Manager
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement / master data / SAP MM
Key Responsibilities
Strong working knowledge of SAP MM module
Create and manage Scheduling Agreements in SAP
Create and maintain vendor master data, including new vendor codes
Compare and evaluate supplier quotations and commercial offers
Prepare, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Enter and maintain order details such as vendor, quantity, price, and delivery schedules
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery status, and invoices
Monitor inventory levels and initiate material replenishment as required
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for smooth procurement operations
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with SAP MM
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and data accuracy
