• Procure construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitaryware, electrical, etc.)

• Vendor development, quotations, and comparative statements

• Negotiate rates and raise POs / work orders

• Coordinate deliveries with site teams

Must have: Purchase experience in real estate, knowledge of construction materials

Compensation: Based on experience

Joining: Immediate / As per availability
