Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring component stocks, preparing monthly production projects, and ensuring a seamless supply chain process. This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to source reliable vendors, and a solid understanding of electronics components. Proficiency in Tamil and English is essential, with additional languages considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage component stock levels to support monthly production schedules.

• Prepare and plan procurement projects for each month's production requirements.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure quality.

• Identify and onboard new, reliable vendors to strengthen the supply chain.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with production goals.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and inventory data.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of electronics components and their applications.

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Fluency in Tamil and English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with electronics manufacturing or similar industries.
