Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order processing.
• Source, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors.
• Plan and execute procurement activities to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning.
• Process RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare purchase requisitions.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ERP records.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and vendor payments.
• Support inventory reconciliation, stock management, and GRN processing.
