Purchase Executive

As a Purchase Executive at HN Safal, you will support the procurement process for construction materials, services, and contracts. The role focuses on vendor coordination, timely material sourcing, negotiation, and assisting in purchase order processing to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations for ongoing projects.

Job Description

About the Role

• Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers for construction-related materials (civil, MEP, finishing, interiors, and consumables).
• Assist in planning, sourcing, and procuring materials and services based on project timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate with vendors on prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders while ensuring adherence to company policies and timely approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align purchase timelines with budget utilization.
• Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities, vendor communications, and purchase records.
• Support invoice processing and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
• Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely supply at project sites.

About You

• Minimum Qualification: B.Com / Supply Chain Management / MBA
• Minimum Experience: 3–5 years in procurement (real estate/construction industry preferred).
• Software Knowledge: MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
• Skills: Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
