Company Description Connex Industrial Solutions LLP is a premier electronics repair service provider specializing in healthcare, analytical, and industrial sectors. The company focuses on high-quality, timely, and cost-effective repair services, including component-level repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Using state-of-the-art equipment, Connex troubleshoots issues down to component level, often delivering repairs at a lower cost than replacement parts. The organization offers a single-window approach to warranty management, including reverse logistics for warranty and out-of-warranty failures. Connex also provides advanced services such as BGA rework, testing, and inspection of complex electronic circuit boards using automatic test equipment and ROHS-compliant processes.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive role based in Surat. The Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including receiving and reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services. The role involves identifying and evaluating vendors, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency. The Purchase Executive will coordinate with internal departments such as repair, service, and operations to understand material requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities also include tracking order status, resolving discrepancies with suppliers, maintaining accurate purchase records, and supporting periodic audits and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in purchase operations, including Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and cost optimization.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or repair service environments is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of basic commercial terms, taxation, and documentation related to purchasing.
  • Ability to work with ERP or procurement software and maintain organized records and reports.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work on-site in Surat on a full-time basis.
