About the Role: Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room Purchase Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory, and timely sourcing of food, non-food, and packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, pricing, quality, and deliveries.
- Drive procurement and cost optimization across food, non-food, and packaging.
- Oversee inventory, stores, stock audits, reconciliations, and material availability.
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and inventory compliance.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, bill verification, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support NPD sourcing, logistics, inter-city transfers, and event procurement.
