Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – Purchase (Mechanical) to manage mechanical-part procurement and supplier coordination at Nashik. The role will focus on ensuring timely availability, quality, and dispatch of sheet metal and machining components from suppliers and subcontracting vendors.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle mechanical parts follow-up with Nashik-based suppliers.

* Ensure timely dispatch of mechanical parts.

* Ensure quality and defect-free parts are dispatched by suppliers.

* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontracting vendors for powder coating, anodizing, plating, etc.

* Monitor material availability for SIM, IMS, VIM and SMI plants.

* Monitor ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and coordinate with courier/subcontracting suppliers for timely dispatch.

* Work closely with suppliers to drive quality improvement.

Required Experience & Skills

* 3–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement.

* Experience handling procurement of sheet metal and machining parts.

* Strong supplier management skills.

* Knowledge of quality control.

* Basic computer literacy.

* Awareness of ISO systems.
