Purchase Engineer

Job Description – Quality / Purchase Executive Location: Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Limited, Kherki Daula, Gurgaon Department: Quality / Purchase Position: Quality Engineer / Purchase Executive Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Prepare and maintain databases, records, and documentation related to quality and purchase activities.
• Handle Excel spreadsheets, data management, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors regarding material, quality, and technical requirements.
• Support quality inspection, documentation, and process-related activities as required.
• Handle purchase-related documentation, quotations, purchase records, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain proper records of materials, components, inspection reports, and other relevant documents.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up with concerned departments and suppliers.
• Perform other duties related to Quality / Purchase / Production support as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, or Engineering will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create and maintain databases and structured records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a Quality Engineer / Purchase Executive type profile, with a good understanding of engineering drawings, documentation, Excel, database management, vendor coordination, and manufacturing processes.
