Key Responsibilities

·      Lead procurement activities for engineering products, raw materials, and project-specific components.

·      Identify, qualify, and evaluate suppliers for acoustic materials such as Chemicals, Capital Equipment's, acoustic products.

·      Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and long-term supply agreements to achieve cost savings.

·      Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to understand material specifications.

·      Manage end-to-end purchase cycle: inquiry, quotation comparison, cost analysis, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.

·      Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.

·      Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid project delays.

·      Ensure materials meet technical and acoustic performance standards.

·      Implement procurement strategies to reduce lead time and improve supplier reliability.

·      Prepare MIS reports, purchase trackers, and cost-saving documentation.
