Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Associate, based in Vidisha. The Purchase Associate will manage daily procurement tasks, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, purchase order creation, and maintaining supplier relationships. Responsibilities also involve ensuring smooth supply chain management, accurate inventory tracking, and compliance with company policies and budgets to optimize purchasing efficiency. Collaboration with team members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to effectively handle purchasing processes and ndor relations
- Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments efficiently
- Analytical skills to evaluate vendor proposals, cost-control strategies, and procurement plans
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in procurement or purchasing within the hospitality or related industry is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in IDS software.
